Should I spray for winter weeds?
To ensure your lawn always looks it's best year round, spraying for winter weeds is always a good idea. We like to arrange this as a preventative service before they spring up around May.
Which suburbs do you service?
We can travel most places from Iluka to City Beach and out to Wanneroo and Mount Hawthorn.
What services should I book before summer (Growing season)?
Fertilisation, aeration and wettasoil are key to boosting your lawns growth during the hotter months. We recommend these services to anyone who wants their lawns to look healthy and green as the year progresses.
Why is my lawn looking yellow?
This could be a number of issues including:
- Army Worm or Black Beetle
- Cutting lawn too short (scalping)
- Change in season

What is scarifying and why should you do it?
Scarifying removes the dead grass (thatch) from the lawn allowing it to breathe and grow more efficiently. This can make your lawn look temporarily brown, but don't be alarmed this is all part of the process in making your lawn come back better than ever!
What length should my lawn be?
It is important to know how long your lawn should be and this is dependent on the lawn type. For example, Couch grass should be at a maximum 18mm long, if it is very tall it will have the illusion of being healthy however, if you were to look under the surface it will be brown and should be cut back to reach its full potential, for our preference we mow all couch lawns at 14mm. Feel free to contact us for any specialised advice on specific lawn species.
